Dream Last Night

So I had a dream last night. It was about me and someone I know. In my dream, we were confortably talking to each other. Like we're more than friends. He was a complete gentleman in my dream. It was actually a very sweet dream. So when I woke up, I felt confused. It's very weird because in real life, I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend. And to top it all, I dont see him in a romantic way. I was not even thinking of him last night before I go to sleep. So, it really confuses me why he appeared in my dream.
